Join Cole and Heather for a Level 2 training to refine your teaching yin and restorative yoga skills and build upon your foundation from the previous training.
In this level 2 training we will dive more deeply into:
Sequencing with intention, and focus on body ease and safety
Practice teaching and propping with feedback
The subtle body experiences for yin and restorative yoga
Assisting yin and restorative poses
More postures (especially in the realm of Yin)
Teaching to support all bodies (physical, emotional and mental)
Refresh your understanding of the key differences and similarities of these two modalities
Receive an in-depth manual for your future reference
This training is ideal for yoga teachers looking to expand their knowledge and understanding of yin and restorative yoga. Pre-requisite: Yin and Restorative Training Level 1 with Heather and Cole prior to Level 2.
This course is Yoga Alliance certified for 25 CEUs. *Please note that there will be a final project required in order to receive certification.
