Yoga for Resilience Online Series


Wednesday evenings 4:30-5:30pm June 3rd through June 24th

The time we are in is unusual, hard and what many are calling a collective trauma. Trauma is often times held within the body, regardless of whether or not the trauma occurred to the body specifically. Join Cole for this four week online series to tap into our resilience through the practices of yoga.

The classes will be very gentle in nature and require no prior knowledge or experience of yoga.

This series is for anyone and everyone! Trauma is a part of life, but we do not have to live with symptoms from our trauma.

This is a closed group offering, meaning once the series has started no one else can join.
