Trauma Sensitive Yoga Series

Thursday Evenings September 5th-October 10th 5:30 through 7:00pm

This series is for everyone. We are all survivors of trauma in varying degrees and at different places along our healing journey. No prior yoga experience is required.

Each class will be gentle and slow in nature, allowing the body and mind time to process and feel. You will come away with the knowledge and the tools to more adequately handle stressors connected to your trauma so you can walk through your life with more confidence and peace. You will also be given psycho-educational touchstones throughout the series to further validate your healing journey. All of this with a community of people showing up to remind you that you are not alone, we are all in this together.

$120 per person.
