As the season shifts, take time to reset and release lingering tension. Designed to ease the body and mind, this integrative all levels practice will leave you both relaxed and recharged. We will connect breath and movement in a gentle slow flow then ease into a blend of yin and restorative poses. The cherry on the top: the final savasana is a guided deep relaxation meant to renew and leave you with a lasting calm.
All levels are welcome.
The guided relaxation will be longer than a traditional savasana. Please bring a sweater and socks if you get cold easily.
